Karina Martich, a passionate and distinguished individual, whose journey as a Latina immigrant, mother of two, and wife of a military spouse has shaped her into a resilient and visionary leader.
Facing the challenges of raising two children while enduring the absence of a military father and being far from family support due to immigration, Karina’s determination and strong spirit have been her guiding light.
Despite the hurdles, she relentlessly pursued her education, obtaining a diverse range of qualifications, including a background in electronic technology, a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, and three master’s degrees (in Project Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Marketing). Her academic journey culminated with a Ph.D. in International Management.
With over 15 years of extensive experience in the international manufacturing and service industry, Karina has left her mark across several countries, including Israel, Italy, Germany, England, Puerto Rico, and the United States. Her expertise is unparalleled, ranging from leading ISO 9001, 14001, and 45000 audits since 2015 to spearheading automation projects, machinery design, process optimization, new product formulation, training initiatives, certifications, and successfully managing budgets exceeding $5.5 million. Under her capable leadership, she has overseen up to 280 employees.
The birth of Berakah Inc. stems from both the familial aspect and the yearning to positively impact numerous enterprises simultaneously, leveraging her extensive educational and professional background. Driven by her values and fueled by her passion for making a difference, Karina embraces the opportunity to provide unwavering support to organizations while making a true impact in the business world.
